SEI: Personalised Pension Video
A personalised pension video for SEI. Every value was personalised in text and audio for each customer, and the whole video was built automatically from their details.
Every customer received a video built from their own pension details, personalised in both on-screen text and audio.
How the personalisation worked
- Text and audio: every value was personalised on screen and in the voiceover, starting with the customer’s name.
- Contributions: the personal contribution percentage, the employer contribution, amounts and dates, and the total.
- Retirement figures: retirement age, total pension amount, retirement income and tax-free cash sum, each specific to the customer.
- Three levels (around 1:08): minimum, average or comfortable, depending on the total pension each customer had saved.
All of it was automated from each customer’s details, so every viewer received their own complete video.
